Role Summary
Oversee finance operations, commission reporting, pricing economics, partner payouts, reporting packages and financial controls.
Responsibilities
- Build finance reporting for listings, BOVLs, valuations, referrals and success fees.
- Review monthly financials, cash collection and commission obligations.
- Coordinate bookkeeping, tax records and outside accounting support.
- Develop unit economics for brokers, partners and service lines.
- Support pricing, invoicing and management dashboards.
Qualifications
- Accounting, finance or controllership experience.
- Strong spreadsheet and reporting ability.
- Comfort with brokerage, service business or commission economics.
- Experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Stripe, PayPal or CRM-linked billing helpful.
