Bookkeeper

Finance / Administration | Remote | Part-Time / Contractor

Role Summary

Support bookkeeping, invoice tracking, commission records, vendor records, listing payments and recurring revenue tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain bookkeeping records and categorize income/expenses.
  • Track listings, BOVL payments, valuation invoices, commissions and partner payouts.
  • Assist with monthly reporting and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with accounting/finance manager and outside CPA where needed.
  • Maintain careful documentation and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • Bookkeeping experience with small businesses.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets, accounting software and invoice systems.
  • Attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Experience with Zoho Books, QuickBooks or similar helpful.

Compensation / Structure

Compensation may vary by role and may include commission, contractor fees, referral economics, part-time compensation, project-based work, equity/partner-track opportunities, or future full-time salary depending on role, performance and company stage.
