Lead 909Brokers from founder-led platform into a scalable brokerage, listing, valuation, partner and territory-driven business.
Responsibilities
- Own execution, recruiting, sales operations, partnerships, finance and platform priorities.
- Hire and manage functional leaders and regional sales managers.
- Build repeatable broker onboarding, territory activation and revenue playbooks.
- Develop partnerships, capital strategy and operating metrics.
- Protect brand, confidentiality and long-term platform value.
Qualifications
- CEO, COO, CRO, brokerage, marketplace, SaaS, franchise, M&A or professional services leadership experience.
- Ability to execute with limited resources and high ownership.
- Strong sales, systems, finance, recruiting and people leadership skills.
- Comfort working with founder and building from early-stage assets.
Compensation / Structure
