Role Summary
Lead regional broker recruiting, territory activation, partner outreach and pipeline discipline for a multi-territory 909Brokers region.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard business brokers and referral partners.
- Run regional pipeline meetings and support territory coverage.
- Help brokers improve calls, scripts, listings, BOVL offers and referrals.
- Track KPIs, lead flow, listings, referrals and revenue opportunities.
- Coordinate with leadership on regional growth plans.
Qualifications
- Sales leadership experience.
- Brokerage, real estate, finance, SaaS, franchise or local services experience preferred.
- Comfort coaching commission-oriented professionals.
- Strong CRM and reporting discipline.
- Ability to build region-by-region execution plans.
